Returns Policy

If upon receiving your order you no longer want the product(s) you have ordered, you may return them to our physical address within 7 days of delivery at your own expense. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@gtbsa.co.za Please include a copy of your receipt (or a note with your order #, name, email address, and phone number) and your reason for returning the product(s). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior request for a return will not be accepted. 

A refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back via the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, you need to contact the bank or agency of the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.

Defective goods -

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. You can contact us to evaluate the issue and rectify it where necessary. 

We will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible or credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference). 

Non-returnable items - 

Products must have been purchased directly from US. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets/stockists. Please return the items to the store where it was purchased.

Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery date.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on used products.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).

Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.
