Curry Plant (Helichrysum italicum)

Growth habit:
It has a dense, bushy, mounding, or dome-like habit with narrow, silvery-grey leaves. It is ideal for rock gardens, borders, and pots, acting as a perennial, evergreen shrub. 

Add whole sprigs to stews, rice, or curries during cooking, but remove them before serving as they are quite fibrous and not meant to be eaten directly. 

Height:
 45–60 cm high. (Can reach 1m in correct conditions)

Water-wise:
Drought-tolerant once established.

Light:
Full sun.
