Growth habit:
Spring onions (also called green onions or scallions) are young, slender onions (Allium cepa or A. fistulosum) harvested before a large bulb forms. Grows well in garden beds, vegetable patches, or containers and can be harvested repeatedly.

Height:
Approximately 30–50 cm tall.

Water-wise:
Moderate – prefers regular watering for best growth.

Light:
Full sun to semi-shade.
